The process of short-listing we matches talents with employers requirement and we find the right candidates for each employers.

During this step we will collect all required documents for the qualification recognition process in Germany

If everyone agrees that it’s a good match, then it’s interview time.

Beejees will coordinate the interview whether in person or online, we’ll set everything up so that you don’t have to.

Selected candidates will get a job offer letter from the employer and followed by job contract.

Applicants need to get their nursing educational qualifications recognized in Germany.

The corresponding authority in Germany will check your nursing qualification is equivalent to German qualifications.

If the qualification is not equivalent, nurses have to go through an adaptation period to prove an equivalent level of knowledge.

Once the qualification recognition process is complete, Nurses are eligible to apply for a work visa.
